1:1 Fitness Coaching
$299 per 6-weeks for progressive, custom programs
We'll schedule a 30-minute call where you can tell me your goals, any injuries you have, what equipment you have available, etc. Then I'll get a custom workout designed for you over in an app called Trainerize that is completely free for you to use. This will allow you 24/7 access to communication with me as well as exercise descriptions and videos. Nutrition and habit tracking are available as well, if you want them. These workouts are designed to be done over 6 weeks.
